Graeme Duffy is an Associate Partner of Bailrigg+, based in London

Graeme has over 25 years of Investment Banking, Private Banking and Project Management experience working within both Consulting and Global Markets Banking, he is the UK Regulatory and Business Change Practice Lead at Bailrigg.  Graeme specialises in Portfolio and Programme Management, Strategy and Business Process Re-Engineering within the financial services industry, with in-depth knowledge of OTC derivatives (Rates, Credit, Equity, FX), Equity Finance, Prime Brokerage, Cash Equity & Wealth Management across Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Risk, Operations & IT.

Graeme has managed a number of key regulatory programmes at global banking organisations including Regulatory Reporting, Best Execution, Anti Money Laundering, BCBS239, MiFID II and IBOR Transition . He has also led significant process re-engineering and technology programmes including Retail Distribution Review, Client Advisory Model, Equity Derivatives F2B Re-Engineering and e-Trading.

Graeme holds a BSc (Joint Hons) in Mathematics & Computer Science from Southampton University and has been PRINCE2 accredited and an FCA registered representative.
