Muoi Block is an Associate Partner, based in London. She also leads the Business Optimisation Practice at Bailrigg+.

Muoi has over 20 years of Investment Banking and Fintech experience and she has successfully led and delivered a wide variety of transformational change programs. These programs have included developing solutions for new business, improving processes, and meeting critical regulatory mandates.

Having a career that has spanned multiple business lines, departments and geographical areas, Muoi has successfully assembled and managed teams from across various onshore and offshore locations. Working with an array of senior stakeholders, she resolves problems and delivers solutions in environments that are often fast-paced and directly business-facing.

Muoi holds a MBA from University of Cambridge and has been PMI accredited.
