All of our consultants are provided with personalised support through the client onboarding process. Once active at a client, they then have a designated Engagement Manager who will ensure they are equipped to successfully deliver and are able to access the knowledge and experience from across the bailrigg+ network.

 

Being an SME-based consultancy, we have consultants join us from various backgrounds and career paths, from long-standing contingent workers, through to past-executives who want a change in working lifestyle.

In terms of sustainability, we proactively monitor our net impact on the global climate and we are proud of the fact that we have seen a 15% reduction in the past 12 months. While we are yet to receive an official CDP Rating, we are firmly committed to reaching Net Zero well in advance of 2050.
